REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We value your support and your satisfaction is our priority.  Should you not be happy with your order please refer to the below terms and conditions for refunds and returns:

Defective Products

  • If your product is defective contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Email: info@thymespa.co.za. Remember to include images of the defective item(s).
  • We will arrange pickup and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Skin Reactions

  • When changing products you may have a reaction to the ingredients which is your skin’s natural way of adapting and healing. If you have a genuine adverse reaction stop using the product immediately and contact us.
  • Our experienced skin care therapists will assist and guide you.

Return Guidelines

  • Please return within 7 days of receipt. Include a copy of your receipt or a note with order details and reason for return to info@thymespa.co.za
  • No returns or refunds will be issued for used products.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Items opened, tampered with, marked non-returnable, or not for resale can’t be returned.
  • No returns or refunds will be issued for promotional/sale items or gift vouchers.
